with the conditions of our Sub-Agreement "NATM Works for the Main Line and
Overnight Line between S2-Temapark Station (Line 1 KM: 5+967,48 - 6+545,09 -
Line 2 KM: 5+972,25 - 6+556,62) and Atatürk Station Platform Tunnels (Line 1
KM: 3+181,00 - 3+411,00 - Line 2 KM: 3+166,87 - 3+396,87) signed on July 14, .2022.
The NATM shaft opened at the S2 construction site is one of the deepest NATM
shafts ever opened in Istanbul.

| Project Scope | With our subcontractor contract dated 14.07.2022, the works carried out in the 'main line and overnight line tunnels between S2 Shaft - Temapark Station' and 'Atatürk Mahallesi station tunnels' on the line containing "Atatürk Mahallesi, Toplu Konutlar, Tema Park, Hastane" stations, which is the first part of the extension of the M7 Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey line, which is currently in service on the European side of Istanbul, from Mahmutbey station to Esenyurt:
